Kaye Sinco
Executive Assistant to COO/Bookkeeper
Kaye’s key role is assisting the Chief Operating Officer in maintaining an accurate record of all financial transactions and recording of all financial events that took place in both businesses (Vivacity Coaching and Consulting and Vivacity Team Pty Ltd). Before joining Vivacity, Kaye used to work as an Operations & Customer Success Executive at Abodoo Ltd – an Irish Tech Company. She has handled multiple projects and clientele within Europe and Asia Pacific Region in the past 3 years.
Throughout her career, Kaye has over 10 years of exceptional customer service/retention experience, 4 years of sales, and 3 years of accounting experience. In her current role, she keeps record of all business transactions in an orderly manner, provides a report on the economic effect of these transactions on the business, manages accounts payable, and handles team payroll. All information is then collated to generate financial statements that provide insights into the business’s overall health.
Kaye is committed in seeing the company thrive along with maintaining an explicit accounting record of all business transactions.
