Every policy and procedure is supported by a range of documentation for implementing compliance, which are all provided in MS Word format, ready for you to contextualise the documents for your learner cohort and industry.
Our RTO Compliance documentation has successfully been through over 300 ASQA Audits. Originally written in 2005, against the AQTF Standards, they have been updated annually to meet the changes in compliance requirements. The Quality and Compliance Manual had a major overhaul in 2015, when the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 were released, where they were re-written against the National Code and the Users’ guide to the Standards for RTOs 2015 released by the national regulatory body the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
