CRICOS Policies and Procedures
This Quality & Compliance Policies and Procedures Manual has been written against the requirements of the ESOS framework, which includes the:
- Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000
- Education Services for Overseas Students Regulations 2019
- Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration Charges) Act 1997
- National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018
- National Standards for Foundation Programs
- ELICOS Standards 2018.
Each of the requirements within the legislation has been addressed with policies and procedures, which have been developed against the requirements of the regulatory body, as well as taking into consideration how the organisation operates as a CRICOS Provider
