Sam has been working in the training industry for many years with a background in child protection, early childhood education and education support for children with disabilities and learning difficulties.

Her VET journey started 15 years ago, working in VET within a high school and in independent RTOs training and assessing qualifications from the CHC, BSB and TAE training packages.

She progressed from Trainer and assessor to Senior Lecturer and then was bestowed the title of Compliance officer. She loves working in the VET sector and equally enjoys being on both sides of the desk – delivering the training and assessment and auditing those processes.

She thinks learning is great and something you never stop doing but sharing knowledge is even better.
